Mission description

By registering on ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help people build their career direction. You are occasionally contacted by Explorers (middle school students, high school students, young people not in school, job seekers, or those in career transition) who have questions about your profession. During a one-hour interview (face-to-face, by phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer their questions. You explain your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your profession, and its challenges. In short, you share your experience so the Explorer gains a realistic understanding of the profession.
