You will occasionally be contacted by Explorers (middle and high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or those considering career changes) who want to learn about your profession. During a roughly one-hour conversation (in person, by phone, or video call) scheduled at your convenience, you answer their questions about your career, responsibilities, why you love your job, and its challenges.
