Help young people envision their future and build confidence by sharing your professional experience. As a volunteer on ExplorJob, you'll be occasionally contacted by explorers (middle and high school students, young people out of school, job seekers, or those in career transition) who want to learn about your profession. During a one-hour conversation (in person, by phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer their questions about your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your job, and its challenges.
