Mission description

Help young people envision their future and build confidence in themselves. By joining ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help others shape their career path. You will occasionally be contacted by Explorers (middle and high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or those considering career changes) who want to learn about your profession. During a roughly one-hour conversation (in person, by phone, or video call) scheduled at your convenience, you answer their questions about your career, responsibilities, why you love your job, and its challenges.
