Mission description

By registering with ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help people build their career direction. You will be contacted occasionally by Explorers (secondary and high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or those in career transition) who want to learn about the reality of your profession. During an interview of approximately one hour (in-person, by phone, or video call) at a time that suits you, you answer their questions. You explain your background, your responsibilities, why you love your profession, and its challenges. In short, you share your experience. The goal is for the Explorer to gain a realistic understanding of your field.
