Mission description

Help young people envision their future career and build their confidence. By registering on ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help others develop their career direction. You will be contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle and high school students, young people not in school, job seekers, or those in career transition) who want to learn about your profession. During an approximately one-hour interview (in-person, by phone, or video) that you schedule according to your availability, you answer their questions about your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your profession, and its challenges.
