Récup'Truck is a mobile, solidarity kitchen transforming surplus produce and promoting plant-based cooking, funded by the Hautes-Pyrénées department. We need volunteers to help us at events, recover and reuse vegetables destined for waste. For LOGISTICS: collect unsold produce, deliver it to food banks or Récup Truck cooks, do shopping, drive the truck, help deploy and clean it, and distribute meals during events. Note: The association currently has no vehicles, so trips use your personal vehicle. For PARTNERSHIPS: create a database of local vegetable producers and farmers interested in partnerships to support our sourcing.
