I lead and coordinate a territorial volunteer team

Mission description

Become a volunteer coordinator for a territorial team. This position exists to enable Karbé Kréyol to carry out its mission as close to communities as possible and create a genuine bridge between the organization's direction and local realities. The coordinator ensures team animation and cohesion, facilitates action implementation, and ensures local initiatives remain consistent with the organization's values, objectives, and priorities.
