I support children and young people, especially in disadvantaged neighborhoods, rural areas and fragile territories

Mission description

This mentoring mission aims to promote autonomy and development of the person being supported by setting evolving objectives adapted to their specific needs. We seek volunteers to support children (from elementary to high school) in their education when families cannot help directly or arrange help. You work with one child for one hour, once a week, at their home with a family member present. You are supported by a volunteer co-coordinator at each stage of your commitment in initial contact, connecting with the child and family, and throughout.
