It's essential that people at risk of relational isolation receive regular, caring contact. This isolation can be addressed through phone calls, video calls, or other communication methods. You'll be connected with an isolated person through an association or public organization. Your role involves exchanging with the person, checking in on them, and alerting relevant organizations about any concerning changes in their health or wellbeing if necessary.
