I develop and lead a therapeutic garden for elderly people

Mission description

The association is launching a therapeutic garden project in Besançon on a plot of community gardens and is seeking volunteers who enjoy gardening and outdoor work. This garden is intended for elderly people. Volunteers will participate in welcoming and animating the garden for these visitors. Volunteers wishing to get involved will be supported by a volunteer coordinator and the association's paid coordinator. Tasks will be diverse and adapted to volunteers' skills, interests, and availability: designing the garden, helping with landscaping, maintaining the garden throughout the seasons (soil preparation, planting, weeding, watering).
