Mission description

Provide volunteers with quality training to ensure sustainable engagement and well-supported field work. Art Explora Foundation works to make culture accessible to all, renewing dialogue between arts and audiences locally, nationally, and internationally. Facing isolation and social/geographic exclusion, we encourage civic engagement to build social bonds through arts and culture. As Training Coordinator, you'll ensure excellent volunteer support throughout their training journey, both delivering training and managing the volunteer accompaniment process.
