Let's bring twinning partnerships alive! Joining the Committee means becoming part of a family that cultivates international friendship in a friendly atmosphere. It's also a great opportunity to practice languages, enrich yourself culturally, and actively participate in your city's life. As a member, you'll be informed of all activities in France and our twinned cities, access a library of books in French and foreign languages, and benefit from language courses taught by volunteers. The Committee connects Angoulême with 7 sister cities: Hildesheim, Bury, Saguenay, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Hoffman Estates, Ségou, and Turda.
