Lead two weekly 2-hour fitness sessions for adults, tailored to their profiles to promote socialization and physical activity. Poissy Solidaire promotes sports and health values. Work autonomously with access to a fitness facility and appropriate equipment. Support adults truly in need of leaving isolation, which often creates psychological difficulties.
