I welcome and guide people during in-person and/or phone support sessions

Mission description

This mission mainly aims to reduce isolation and loneliness for people supported by the organization and provide specific information during dedicated sessions. Don't hesitate to request more information by clicking "I offer my help." We're looking for volunteers to help people of foreign origin complete administrative documents (CPAM, CAF, MDPH, HLM, tax forms) and write letters to government agencies. As part of the organization's team, you'll choose a time slot to provide in-person and/or phone support. Depending on needs, several tasks may be available: • In-person welcome at the organization.
