Ensure personalized welcome and support of volunteers or prospective volunteers during weekday availability sessions or by phone. The goal is to listen, understand their motivations and profile, then propose missions adapted to expectations and skills. No need to know the local association environment; if you enjoy human relations, exchanges and meetings, this mission is for you. Training and observation time will be offered. Availability sessions occur with minimum 2 volunteers and a database provides many missions to fill.
