The departmental delegate leads a volunteer team and organizes field actions including resocialization of people with disabilities and disability awareness in schools. You serve as contact for LADAPT partner facilities, organizing volunteer missions to meet needs of people LADAPT accompanies. You validate new volunteer applications, oversee their training, and develop partner networks. If you enjoy organizing and team work, and want to develop networks around the cause of disability, this role lets you build your skills.
