Jean Jo Unis seeks a volunteer public writer to help neighborhood residents with daily administrative tasks, particularly those struggling with letter writing, document comprehension, or online services. You will help draft or rephrase letters and emails, accompany people through administrative correspondence, help fill forms and build dossiers, assist with online administrative processes, and guide beneficiaries to appropriate organizations or professionals when needed.
