Mission description

Gendarmerie cadets aim to promote civic spirit and Republican values among young people, introduce them to the national gendarmerie, its missions and professions, and strengthen ties between youth and the gendarmerie. Volunteers lead collective projects serving the public interest in areas like road safety, environmental protection, and health prevention, and help organize major events including solidarity initiatives, memorial events, and intergenerational activities. Live a meaningful collective experience with other young people and participate in a rich program of citizenship-focused activities.
