I participate in the long-term organization of a sporting event

Mission description

As part of the coordinating team, you will help organize a sporting event from conception to the event day. We are at the highest level of French hockey and we're looking for volunteers to manage spectator entries, refreshments, room setup, and administrative support (secretariat, treasury, etc.). Organizing an event long-term involves many possible tasks in various areas: communication, promoting the event on social media and at the venue, creating posters, and more.
