Mission description

Les Auxiliaires des Aveugles is seeking two volunteers to help maintain their Paris headquarters' IT infrastructure, which consists of about ten Windows computers. This mission benefits the association's team, which organizes thousands of support services annually for blind and visually impaired people. Your tasks may include: diagnosing and resolving common IT problems, installing and configuring new computers, installing or updating standard software, working with Word, Excel, Outlook and other office tools, configuring printers, scanners and peripherals, performing necessary updates, advising the team when renewing equipment, and providing clear explanations.
