Ecotrivelo develops food waste composting for restaurant professionals to reduce waste transported and incinerated in the valley. Services include managing composting sites (temperature monitoring, turning, compost removal), collecting food waste by bike, and running educational activities for schools and events. Join us to discover the virtuous circle of composting and transform waste into a resource that nourishes the earth. Work takes place on the ground in teams of 2-3, half or full days during the week.
