I lead a group of volunteers supporting isolated elderly people

Mission description

You will lead a branch of our association, ensure group cohesion, and facilitate communication among volunteers, between branches, and with the staff coordinator. Leading a Petits Frères des Pauvres branch means working closely with volunteer efforts and facilitating our core mission: individual support for isolated elderly people. You will be attentive to how volunteers experience the work with isolated and precarious elderly people and ensure each person's place in the group, especially welcoming new volunteers. You will leverage volunteer expertise to distribute activities and ensure completion while participating in translating our association's approach locally.
