Mission description

The French Red Cross is recruiting volunteers of all ages and skills. Join a internationally recognized organization to act locally with support from 350 volunteers in Charente. Our teams are present throughout the region and will welcome you to contribute to activities such as solidarity shops, fighting food insecurity, mobility initiatives, rebuilding social connections, and first aid training.

Avec une double identité d’association et d’acteur de l’économie sociale et solidaire, nous rassemblons au sein d’une même communauté de volontaires 70 000 bénévoles qui interviennent dans nos unités et délégations, plus de 17 000 salariés travaillant dans 635 établissements sanitaires, sociaux, médico-sociaux et de formation et 20 000 étudiants qui se forment aux métiers du « prendre soin ». Tous ont en commun la même raison d’agir inscrite au cœur de notre projet associatif : « La Croix-Rouge française agit pour protéger et relever sans condition les personnes en situation de vulnérabilité et construire, avec elles, leur résilience ». La Délégation territoriale de Charente encadre et soutient les actions des Unités Locales Croix-Rouge de tout le secteur Charente
