Mission description

Welcome Listening Support (AEA) is central to our association, centered on human connection. Volunteers staff shifts welcoming people, listening to their difficulties (moral, material, administrative), and supporting them in their journey while facilitating access to rights. This essential action recognizes people in complex situations. You work in a small fraternal team, not alone, and receive training.
