The Loire-Atlantique Restos du Cœur Association welcomes and supports nearly 21,000 people across 35 activity centers and 3 job insertion programs with food aid and social reinsertion, thanks to about 2,300 volunteers. Daily, Nantes' 'House of the Heart' welcomes 60-80 homeless women. In this unique space, supported by 50 volunteers and a social worker, they can rest, care for themselves, and share a meal—an essential place to break isolation and regain dignity.
