Mission description

The Succ'ESS program offers young people (18-30) engaged with or questioning their professional future individual mentoring from a Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) professional. This suits anyone working in SSE, even if they don't self-identify as such. SSE encompasses diverse structures, statuses, and sectors: associations, cooperatives, mutuals, foundations, social enterprises in domains like social action, culture, education, environment, health, employment support, food, housing, ethical finance, etc. Supported youth are already engaged or highly interested in SSE but need guidance navigating career paths aligned with their values.
