Working in pairs, you provide both moral and methodological support to people facing employment challenges. You participate in monthly solidarity group meetings with other volunteers for mutual support and networking. Through the regional and national network, you benefit from training courses, seminars, and inter-group meetings. New Solidarities Against Unemployment provides each volunteer with essential training to mentor effectively, ensure quality support in pairs with job seekers, and help them regain confidence and define their career goals.
