I help organize departures and arrivals of young people in international exchanges

Mission description

Organize social activities with young people. Organize intercultural workshops in schools. Arrange home visits to potential host families to ensure compatibility. Follow up with families and young people once they arrive in France. Ensure monthly contact is maintained and be a resource for young people, families, and volunteers. Monitor how young people adjust to high school. Facilitate intercultural exchange. Lead pre-departure preparation workshops and help find host families.
