Mission description

A volunteer reference person is constantly in the field. Main tasks include outreach and support for host organizations and partner agencies, then monitoring guest placements. From initial contact through follow-up, the reference person is the key contact who reassures and assists all actors involved. Be part of an innovative and ambitious project, participate in changing perspectives on homelessness, and join a committed volunteer community. Support includes integration training, tools like CRM database and Notion guides.
