As a volunteer mediator, you help create a welcoming space where everyone is heard and treated with dignity. You will: welcome people in extreme precarity, listen and foster dialogue, create connections and break isolation, facilitate exchanges between visitors, volunteers, and professionals, inform and guide people toward appropriate services, and contribute to the day center's welcoming atmosphere. Being a volunteer means offering your time to welcome, listen, create connections, and restore dignity to everyone. Together, let's make the day center a place of solidarity, meeting, and respect.
