I lead literacy workshops for adult learners

Mission description

From October to June, La Maison des Habitants du Bois d'Artas offers literacy workshops for adults born abroad and living in France, with or without prior schooling. These workshops aim to increase independence in daily life, facilitate access to rights, reduce isolation, and build confidence. We seek dynamic, motivated volunteers interested in exchange and meeting people, capable of listening, adapting, and simplifying communication. No teaching experience is necessary—volunteers are supported by the ASL coordinator and internal training.
