Mission description

As part of developing the Reciprocal Knowledge Exchange Network (RERS) Noéa, we're seeking volunteer facilitators to help connect participants, encourage knowledge sharing, and support network dynamics. Your role will include: welcoming people offering or requesting knowledge; helping formulate offers and requests; organizing connections; ensuring a caring, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment; and occasionally organizing collective activities (meetings, discovery workshops, social gatherings). This mission benefits all residents wanting to learn, share knowledge, and build social connections.
