Objective: A DDEN in each school in Marseille's 8th sector (15-16). DDEN (National Education District Delegates) has a history linked to public education, with roots in the 1793 Convention. Successive laws (GUIZOT 1833, FALLOUX 1850, GOBLET 1886) shaped this role, now part of the Education Code. Our legitimacy lies in promoting public education and respecting constitutional secularism principles. Today, any French citizen over 25 can become a DDEN.
