As the person responsible for the financial policy defined by our organization's leadership, the treasurer manages account keeping. Several needs have been identified for this mission. You may work on one or more of these areas depending on your availability and interests: accounting supervision, defining expenses for activity programs, issuing tax receipts, executing board financial decisions, and liaising with external auditors. Desired skills include good teamwork ability, experience in finance, accounting, and/or law, rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
