ADICE, engaged for over 25 years in supporting youth toward European and international mobility experiences with attention to equal opportunity and inclusive engagement, seeks mentors. Providing concrete support to young people in building their paths, especially before mobility experiences, helps them make informed choices and advance with confidence. Mentoring, supported by the French Government, offers individualized, human accompaniment based on experience-sharing. It strengthens intergenerational solidarity and values diverse paths.
