This mission promotes autonomy and development of the person you support by establishing evolving and personalized objectives. You will create connections, remotely or in person, with elderly people, those with disabilities, or facing precarity who suffer from loneliness and isolation. This can take the form of phone conversations, tea or coffee chats, games, walks, or other shared interests you determine together. Visit frequency is freely defined by you and the person.
