It's essential that people at risk of social isolation benefit from regular and caring contacts. This isolation can be addressed through phone, video, or other communication means. If you're dynamic and optimistic, help maintain social connections with vulnerable people supported at home. You'll be paired with an isolated person through an association or public organization, check in regularly, and alert structures if needed about health or expressed needs.
