I become mentoring mission lead for the Impulsion program at 100 Chances 100 Jobs association

Mission description

As mentoring and matching mission lead, you're central to the program—transforming an application into life-changing meetings. Match motivated young people seeking employment (permanent, temporary, apprenticeship) with mentors ready to share experience and networks. Recruit and match participants, manage registrations and questionnaires, organize information sessions, and facilitate evaluation with teachers and students.
