The main mission is supporting the trainer team with participants. Domains vary: French, math, job search techniques, internship search support. We help people distant from employment and training find their place in society through individualized follow-up. Young people are motivated entering E2C. The goal is returning to training or studies for some, employment access for others. The volunteer won't be alone initially—mini training will be provided. Most young people are autonomous but seek support. They are ages 16-25.
