The Chain of Hope is an international NGO founded in 1994, dedicated to strengthening health systems so every child has equal chances for survival and development. Helping the most marginalized children is a moral obligation and key to reaching the UN's 2030 health and well-being goals. We work in 28 countries with a holistic, child-centered approach including mothers and disadvantaged communities. In France, The Chain of Hope implements 3 programs, including ensuring transfer of children with cardiac conditions for medical care.
