Mission description

With Flèche, you don't need to be a teacher to help a young person progress. Your listening, perspective, and desire to share can make a difference with middle schoolers. After training, you can commit according to your availability: conduct one-on-one initial assessments with students using Flèche's questionnaire, support animators during school workshops to engage with young people and guide them through activities, or participate in meetings and sharing sessions. You'll never animate alone—the Flèche animator prepares, organizes, and guides each session. Student, working professional, retiree, or career changer: no specific profile is required.
