Promote autonomy and development of the person supported by establishing evolving objectives adapted to their specific needs. Everyone is welcome; we all have talent to share. At ADMR, volunteering is above all collective: several people share tasks, the more of us there are the easier it is, no obligation to take on responsibilities, a network and support from federation teams, and training adapted to help you feel comfortable in your commitment.
