Mission description

Secours Catholique – Caritas France is a Catholic association recognized as a public utility, working to promote solidarity and fight poverty in France and worldwide as part of the Caritas network. Context: The Upper Normandy delegation consists of 7 territories, 65 local teams, over 1,100 volunteers, and a paid team. The delegation drives many collective action initiatives supporting people's agency and empowerment, notably through: creation of three Jean Rodhain Spaces in Évreux, Le Havre, and Rouen; development in partnership with Apprentis d'Auteuil of two Family Houses in Le Havre.
