Mission description

Create a participatory and welcoming musical space through hosting an open jam session. Benefit the public, amateur and experienced musicians, and the overall event dynamic. As a volunteer musician-host, launch, frame, and energize the jam, welcome participants, facilitate musical exchanges, and ensure a kind, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere. Hosting a jam creates a unique moment of meetings, improvisation, and collective energy—offering other musicians a free, welcoming space while living a rich, stimulating artistic experience.
