Mission description

Your main tasks include supporting the food manager in: managing incoming and outgoing food flows digitally (tracking expiration dates, distribution), defining product allocation across structures with the manager, conducting inventories, organizing physical storage space, maintaining storage areas (cleaning, labeling), ensuring food safety practices, managing collection logistics, maintaining daily supplier relationships, and identifying necessary food purchases.
