I manage the vehicle fleet

Mission description

Under the Department Manager's supervision, the Vehicle Fleet Manager oversees: continuously cataloging vehicles and equipment, ensuring administrative tracking (registration, insurance, invoices); managing and monitoring the fleet (maintenance, consumption, fuel cards, refrigeration, hygiene); monitoring regulatory indicators (inspections); managing insurance follow-up (renewals, vehicle changes, claims); accompanying acquisition or replacement projects; ensuring vehicle availability and optimizing usage through increased shared use; supporting and leading the team of drivers.
