Organize inventory: receiving, storing, preparing orders, and managing stock and inventories. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules. Monitor temperatures in frozen food delivery vehicles, cold storage rooms, refrigerators, and freezers. Lead and supervise the team of warehouse staff, forklift operators, and order preparers. You'll need solid knowledge of logistics, food transport, physical inventory management, ambient and frozen product flows, food products, expiration dates, and cold chain procedures.
