Artisans du Monde is a pioneering fair trade organization with three main activities: sales, education, and advocacy. Our unique shops sell handcrafted and food products purchased at fair prices directly from producers in the Global South through their cooperatives. Shop sales guarantee income for these partners. Product selection, presentation, and shop appeal are important for visibility and customer loyalty. Volunteers commit to 2-3 hour shifts, Tuesday to Saturday, working alone or in pairs, scheduled monthly. Volunteers receive training on the organization's values.
