Mission description

Friendly Educational Support (E.S.A) invites students, working professionals, and retirees to volunteer weekly mentoring students whose parents cannot help them directly. This includes personalized support for the child (confidence building, study methods, academic guidance), introducing them to the world around them, and helping parents get more involved in their child's education. We seek volunteer mentors to support children and young people toward success and independence, dedicating one hour per week during the school year. Concretely: You support the child in their academic journey by helping them regain confidence, review basics, and find effective study approaches.
